Horrible experience from start to finish. What was originally supposed to be an 8-10 day job is still not finished nearly 2 months later. We made the mistake of paying the contractor most of the money up front and they stopped showing up when they were 90 done. We didn't hear from them for over 3 weeks so we officially fired them and asked them to come get their things which they still haven't done. Secondly they hired a subcontractor that spilled fuel oil in our crawl that caused our house to smell for over a month. NOW, every time the sump pump runs it back up into our washer improperly drained. Poor workmanship, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism have left us feeling disrespected and taken advantage of.
