Plumbing services by Menards in Big Rapids, Michigan

A follow up on why you should not use this company. I ordered a swing set online to be delivered to my house, paid for extra shipping to have it send by the second day. The product should have been here 2 days ago so I went to the store to find out what was going on. They told me I could return the product because their online system messed up the order BUT there would be a 25 restocking fee. Just so you know, I never received the product, the extra delivery option wasn't adhered to and their customer service representatives didn't know what they were doing. One said they wouldn't deliver it to my house and that the option shouldn't be available online, their GM said they would deliver it to my house when it was delivered to the store a week after it was supposed to come. I'm gathering this is how this big business works. They take your money, don't deliver on services agreed upon then if you don't want to buy their product anymore, even if you hadn't received it yet, they charge you a fee for their incompetence. Menards as a whole is a joke, go local, spend your money to fund your local businesses that do what they say they will. Boycott Menards as much as possible. They steal your money, lie to their customers then staff the angriest, most worthless employees and teach them to further their cause.

Gone are the mom and pop family owned and o operated hardware stores. Now our money spent here goes to feed the c corporate giant. Not a good thing.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered a package, paid for extra shipping to have it delivered to the store in two days. According to their tracker the shipment didn't even leave their warehouse for 2 days, the day it should have arrived. Getting charged for a quicker delivery when I could have had it delivered to the store for free in the time it's taken is fraud. I will never order from this company again, getting ahold of someone to find out what happened is worse than pulling teeth on a tiger. Worst customer experience I've ever had, worst communication. Do not use their services, they are a joke.
