I was informed by the owner that he could work on oil water heaters even thought they do not work on other oil products. The first visit he sent someone who arrived 20 minutes early and then left before the appointment was scheduled because they had somewhere to else to go. The second time someone showed up, and found the system was leaking and recommended replacing with oil, gas or electric. and said the owner would get back to me the next day. Two days later I called because I had not heard back from him and was told that they do not work on oil water heaters. I received their name from American Home Shield a TERRIBLE company who in the past has sent many other disreputable repair companies to our home and I guess this is another one from their cesspool of vendors.

Great service, professional, quick turnaround and impeccable problem resolution. My electric water heater broke. Not only they were able to diagnose the problem and replace the part in the water heater itself, technician went an extra mile, compared temperature between shower and all faucets, replaced a part in the shower. My water has never been as warm as now, even before the heater broke. Definitely recommend.
