Jim is always ready to take on another task. Appointments are made within blocks of time, rather than to tell the customer to expect them on the hour or anything very specific. This is done to allow the technician opportunity to do a thorough job and to address unforeseen issues. In my line of work, I realize there is going to always be something I have not seen before. However, when I have not seen it and do not know what it is I'm looking at, I can ask Jim to come by if it is accepted by the customer and ask him to teach educate myself and the customer. He's seen it all.

Called Mr. Darling on a Sunday night when we encountered a sudden problem, he was here immediately and promptly fixed our problem. Simply said, Jim Darling is the guy you want to deal with. He spent plenty of time with us and fully explained how our issue developed over time and what we can do to prevent it from ever happening again. Thank you!
