Mark Trullinger	Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me 150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option 3K dollars worth of replacement. I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
