Mr Rooter was excellent. Communication from the very beginning to end was perfect. They showed a few minutes early for the scheduled time, they were clean cut, dressed nice, and even put booties on to make sure they didn't track in the house. Work was quickly completed and they cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't ask for a better service! Thanks Mr Rooter!

We had an upgrade of all commodes done in June, at that time we were sold an advantage plan for 189 for three years. We were told by our workmen that if we had any emergencies, they would be priority, and Mr. Rooter would come out for diagnostics or any other immediate problems. Today we called to make an appointment for tomorrow, because of standing water by the drainage field, we were given an appointment tomorrow for 10am-12pm. This evening, we received a call from a person named Jen, and told they do not have a technician available to diagnose it because one person is ill and the other person quit. Needless to say, I purchased a plan starting in June 7 for 189, and I'm not able to use it due to an issue on their part. I have not used this plan at all, and have asked her for a refund of my money due to the situation, I am now waiting on them to call me next week to remedy this situation with a so-called advantage plan, will keep you updated on what happens. In the meantime, I would advise people not to purchase this plan because they do not back up what they sale you!!!!

Fantastic experience working with these guys. Matt was the man. Had to replace a shower valve for me and was excellent in communicating, being on time early actually, and just flat out, being professional. They were booked for a couple of days and because of my situation no running water, they fit me in under 12 hours after I called. Call these guys, great people.
