My heat pump was starting to frost up and I was worried it was low on freon. I had several companies come out to check my heat pump and a couple of them tried to gouge me. One company said I need new circuit boards, another said I needed a whole new system yada, yada, let's dance to the tune of about 1000. Nick from Allen's came out and told me that we needed 4 pounds of freon. Still about 400 but the work and chemicals are not cheaply acquired. So, Nick fixed my unit and it is now frost free. Nick was 100 pro on every level and a total gentleman to my wife and I. Unit runs perfect and without any problems. I'm going to tell everyone I know about these guys, because they are honest and fair. Thank you Nick and Allen's Kentucky Mechanical for excellent service and being so fair. God bless you all!
