I'm so happy with our experience this morning when needing our furnace serviced. They were quick to get us in and quick to get the job done. The technician was friendly and informative and the cost was very reasonable! We will definitely be using Hagerman again.

Terrible company and experience! I called and was quoted 65 per hour plus parts. I let the office lady know up front that I wanted to keep the total at 100 or below and was told this should be no problem and that if it were going to cost more they would call first. The plumber showed up over an hour late to our rental home. After it was all said and done they emailed me a bill for 2.25 hours of labor plus parts. When I called in inquire I was told that they bill labor at 65 per hour from the time the plumber leaves their office or previous job until they return to the office or the next job. I let them know this was not quoted too me up front and I would have never hired them or agreed to this. I have tried to call and email them to discuss these charges and they are unwilling to work with me or reduce any of these charges. Please be ware if you hire them you will be paying 65/hour while they are driving across the county to get to your house or to the next job and you are responsible for the driving time. I would NOT recommend this company at all.
