Years ago, we used to use them for a lot of our rental properties. They used to be very good. However, times have changed. We just tried using them for a job again since our regular plumber was busy. Our tenant called saying they had a leak from their shower. Morningside Plumbing went out, said that there was no leak, and they charged us nearly 100 to not even attempt to fix the problem that exists. However, we should have learned our lesson years ago. Back in 2013, we called them around August to fix a leaky shower as well. They came out and charged 112.68 to replace the shower drain. This was not the issue and did not fix the problem, so the tenants called saying it was still an issue. We had them come back out, and they said that there was no leak and charged us 73.83 for this. The tenants let it be for a while, but then told us many months later that it had never stopped leaking and had still been leaking the entire time. So, we went out and diagnosed the problem ourselves. There, in fact, had been a leak that we were able to find. We had them come out to fix the problem, and they charged us again for fixing the leak that we had to walk them through. It was a little after this time that we stopped using them completely. We never should have tried again. It was exactly the same again. Like I said, they used to be very good. However, they do not care about their customers like they used to, and the people they send on jobs are much less qualified than they used to be. It is really too bad, because they used to be our go-to plumber.

We were concerned for ground water and the Morningside guys came out the same day to check out our sump pump situation. Ultimately they found that we didn't need to do any of the work that I thought needed to be done. They didn't charge me a dime for the visit. These are honest guys and are now my go-to guys for any plumbing needs. Thanks again!

THEY PUT IN A NEW KITCHEN FAUCET FOR ME THE OTHER DAY AND DID A TERRIBLE JOB. THEY HAD A TOUGH TIME GETTING MY OLD ONE OUT AND NOW MY SINK LOOKS AWFUL BECAUSE OF ALL THE SCRATCH MARKS HE PUT ON MY SINK. I WILL HAVE TO REPLACE MY SINK SOMEDAY. ON TOP OF THAT THEY CHARGED ME AN ARM AND A LEG FOR THE WORK. THEY ALSO SENT AN APPRENCTICE AND I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT AT ALL. I WILL NOT BE CALLING MORNINGSIDE PLUMBING ANYMORE.
