I decided to use Stultz because I actually forgot who put in my water heater two years ago. I called and spoke with from Ken from Stultz who said it would cost around 250 in labor to replace the hot water heater which was under warranty. If they are making 250 an hour for labor I went into the wrong profession. Then Ken tells me there may be additional costs if they have to use any plumbing additions to our current set up. I assumed the 250 covered everything, but I was wrong. The end bill was around 325, I assumed that was because they added additional parts, but after we paid the 325, I received an a call from Ken and he said they didn't bill us properly and we would owe another 35 for the extra parts they used during installation. I talked to him about the cost and he said "I should've told you there was a removal fee" and said it in a manner that implied he did tell me. I agreed with him that he should have told me because he didn't tell me. So the end cost on a water heater under warranty was about a third of a brand new one. All this and they came a day later than they said they would, left water all over the floor and put the replacement water heater right over the top of the wet rusty spot of the previous water heater without making any attempt to clean it up. There is no way in hell I could ever recommend Stultz to anybody.

Set up appointment, the guys were there right on time , replaced piping from kitchen sink to basement, did awesome job, cleaned up after they were finished, now we have a plumbing company we will always use
