HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I was having some flooding problems in my basement from the floor drain and wasn't able to pinpoint the source of the problem. After working with 2 other plumbing companies, I was referred to Frinks!! I was already impressed after the initial phone call with the receptionist! Very helpful and even more friendly!! The young man arrived and wasted no time trying to find the source and then a solution. In the end, it was the city sewer line that was backed up. He called them and had someone out to look at it and get it fixed in a matter of 10 mins!!! Now I know who to call for any issues in the future!!

Called Frinks on a Sunday morning at about 7:30am. Unfortunately our septic decided it was full the saturday night before A lady answered who was friendly and helpful and informed me of normal price if I could wait, and also the price for getting it done on a Sunday. We could not go without using any water for a day so we had them come out Sunday. The lady informed me of the guys name that would be coming to do it, approximate time when he would be there, and that he would give me a call when hes on his way. The guy we had show up was Todd. He called when he was on his way and showed up on time. He was very nice and helpful with my questions. I was bummed to have to pay the overtime fee for it being on a Sunday, but that's anywhere. It took about 20 minutes to empty my tank so it was a quick job. Overall I was very happy with my experience with frinks and will gladly recommend them to anyone I know that could use their service. Thanks!

Never used their services and never will thanks to their service guy who almost just caused an accident because of his road rage. Then when I slow down to try and see the name on the side of the van he slows way down to try and make it so I cant see it. Nice people you're employing here.
