This is the 4the time we have had Dan come to our house in Joliet. We request him everytime! Today he came to finish a job and brought Bob. They both kicked butt and did amazing, as usual! A big shout-out is in order to Chris, whose ability to find a discontinued part saved us considerable expense and prevented a messy repair job. We needed to replace a stem for a leaky outdoor faucet connecting to our home. Unfortunately, the replacement stem was no longer available because the part was very old. No one anywhere online and offline had the stem. As a result, we were looking at an expensive and disruptive repair to stop the leak. But Chris refused to give up. He conducted an extensive online search and finally located the replacement part from a supplier. As a result, he solved our problem with minimal expense. Thank you, Chris! You really came through for us.
