I was in need of a Plumber and after calling the well known name plumbers, and all were too busy, or couldn't give me a definite time they could provide the services that we needed, I decided to give United installers a call and I'm Very happy that I did. Not only was the customer service Lady very professional, she told me not to worry and she would send her plumbers out to us within the hour, and in less than an hour, Josiah and Austen, very nice young men, arrived at our home. They were polite and professional and did their job. Thank you United Installers, you guys ROCK!!! And if Anyone ask me do I know a plumber, I will definitely recommend United Installations Plumbing.

I have used United Installers in the past and had an issue with my home water heater yesterday. I contacted Nathan and asked what he thought was going on with the water heater and he got back to me within 30 minutes and gave me great guidance on how to secure the situation so that no further damage occurs. This was very helpful and I didnt pay anything to get his expert opinion. He made sure that I knew to shut off the breaker and to shut off the water valve so that no electrical fires or water leaks could happen. VERY HELPFUL and I appreciate the customer service even before hiring them to fix the water heater issue. He is honest and upfront and cares about his customers, past and new. Thanks Nathan!
