0 stars if I could. My usual plumber was booked for the day so their receptionist gave me Foster's number. Called for a quote and the owner insisted he come out. He seemed very nice at first but the prices he was telling me seemed extremely high and the way he explained them seemed deceitful. I got a few more quotes and sure enough my hunch was correct, prices were about half his quote and the other techs said his explanation didn't make sense or apply to my situation. The owner called to schedule the service randomly, even though I never told him I wanted to move forward, and once I told him I was getting other quotes his attitude changed quickly and he became very rude and abrupt. Next thing I know I received a bill in the mail, for him having come out to provide me with a quote. I called him when I received the bill as I had never agreed to, nor was I informed of any charges prior to him coming out. He got heated and cursed me out, told me to go F myself, and hung up. Extremely unprofessional and aggressive. Stay away.

They were extremely nice and got the job done fast! They came out and got everything fixed the day we called. Very professional and did a great job! Definitely recommend
