Plumbing services by Rosi’s Plumbing Service & Supply in West Palm Beach, Florida

I contracted this company through my home warranty service. I told them I was a single mom and needed an appointment that was sort of convenient for my job. They gave me from 8 to 11 this morning. I asked when approximately the "tech" would show up all she the secretary would say is I was the first appointment. I reiterated my time was important and if they could just give me a heads up that would be great. By 9:30 still no "tech". So I called and asked what the ETA was so I could get some things done...."your the first appointment appointment". I asked for the tech number or if he could have mine so I could just get like a 30 minute head's up. Nope they are not allowed to give out the tech's number to customers. She then told me he would be arriving in 30 or 40 minutes and I must be there. 10:32 still no one. I called again but this time I stated how unfortunate it is that this company seems to value the time of the "tech" and not the customer and that they could have just stated he would be doing around 11. The tech finally shows up...arrogant and with an attitude. I told him that I would have appreciated better communication as my time is just as valuable as his. He then condescendingly advised me that he was the owner/tech and it was his policy as he does this at a discounted rate and it really wasn't with his time. I told him that treating customers like they don't matter really was great business policy. He then stated "It working for me so far". I kicked him out of my house right then. DO NOT waste your time with this company. This guy is an arrogant and entitled ass that has no respect for anyone. Give your well earned dollars to a company that appreciates YOU as a customer and your time.

If you read my review you will notice a pattern with some of the other reviews. Had to wait 2 days for plumber to begin. Appointment was set for 1-3p, plumber arrived at 1130 without notice. Luckily wife was home. Plumber, Eric and his helper came in and just looked at the sink and toilet visually and said there was no problem. After wife objected he turned on the water and flushed the toilet and realized it WAS clogged. Then proceeded to tell us that it wasn't covered by our home warranty which I dispute. He then told us he could fix it for 425, more than double another plumber charged for half hour worth of work. Unbelievably terrible NON- service!!!

Great job installing a water softener system on our home. Highly Recommended would do business again when needed. Thank you for your professionalism & speedy installation.
