These guys are only there to make a quick buck, not actually fix anything. We had a clogged sink, plumber without thinking just says I can snake it out. 4 hours later he says he got it done, the snake got stuck but he got it out. A couple months later we're noticing some smells in the area and we pull out the cabinets and find his snake had broken through the pipe and he had just lied about it and caused thousands of dollars in damages. Find another company that actually cares about doing the job right and won't lie to your face saying resulting in unnecessary extra damages.

Totally dissatisfied with the outrageous price charged just to "identify a leak". My family was charged almost 500 just for someone to make a hole on my roof and tell us that water was leaking through a crack on the shower pan. No plumbing work was done and we were advised to make another hole on the bathroom wall to investigate further until we pointed out the crack, only then, we were told that the leak was from the crack on the shower pan. Why was this not looked at before asking to tear up my wall? I am not sure this service should be consider as identifying a leak and much less charge 480. I ended up calling a general contractor who used less invasive tools to investigate further, gave us advise on how to assess if this was the cause of the leak and charged a much more adequate rate. I understand the company has set rates but they should understand that every situation is not the same and should be charged according to each individual case. I do not recommend this company.
