Val rimbey-barnett	Crowell Plumbing Review: 5 thumbs down. Based on a Facebook post for Temple Terrace, we called Crowell for estimate on a time sensitive project. We called Monday and had an appt for Wednesday between 1 to 3. They didn't show so I called at 3:30. They made no apologies and said the guy overlooked our appt, was done for the day, and not coming back out. We rescheduled for Thursday between 2-4. They just called and said other jobs came up and they won't be here today. We will stick with Cass Plumbing. Very disappointed in Crowell's customer service.
