Since I'm on the third floor of a condo, it required two workmen for the replacement of my water heater and the main water shut off valve. The guys showed up and quickly started the job. They were very professional throughout the whole process and walked me through every step of the bill making sure it was accurate and explained each charge. After three hours of hard work, my new water heater was installed and I was getting hot water and great pressure. Great service from scheduling to finish and will use Aqua again if I'm ever in need.

Aqua replaced all the plumbing in my two-story home and did such a great cleanup job, you'd never known they'd even been there. Just had my two units de-molded and ya lights put in. Same story-no mess. Techs are professional and pleasant. Making appointments is a snap. If you're in the Aqua “family”, you'll never need another service company.

The two Aqua Plumbing & Air technicians came on time, knew exactly what was required to be done, did a very nice high quality job replacing the filter medium in my whole house water filter, set the times on the back-flush unit, and thoroughly cleaned up the work area. The entire Aqua Plumbing team, including the owner of the company, Chuck Jacobson, is extremely responsive to customer's needs. I will always use Aqua Plumbing & Air for all my plumbing needs.

Not too long ago I had a leak behind the wall under the kitchen sink leading to the hot side of the faucet. The tall 'Jersey' tech made a 6" hole in the wall to fix the pipe. He didn't fix or cover the hole, or even tell me how to do it myself. I ended up covering it with a square piece of plywood. I had to aske just before paying for the work. Between all this he said he had to go out to his truck to do "paperwork". He spent 15 minutes on that. Then he checked his work, and then he said he had to do more "paperwork in his truck. That was another 15 minutes. I was charged for that 30 minutes of "paperwork"! WTF! I know this because I clocked the guy when he started work, to when he finished work! I don't know if this is how they do business, or if the tall 'Jersey' tech is just a crook looking for extra pocket money!
