We were referred to GBP but we found out that they not good at basic service functions one should expect from a professional. GBP dont respond to emails, never keep an appointment and never call back to cancel or reschedule an appointment they schedule, but they are very nice on the phone. over a month we were given at least 6 appointment with all a no-show, no-call and the same reason given to us when we called to inquire, "we are very busy, would you like to reschedule?". for this reason, we never got to experience their quality work or value, we can only assume that if you lucky enough to get them to show up, they will do miracles at your home.

We just had Greater Bay Plumbing come to Osprey to replace our water heater this morning. After the initial call to them at 7:30 am, we were assured by Jill, that they would arrive shortly. And they did! We had the pleasure of meeting Blaze and Dean who replaced the water heater in no time. They were so efficient as well as being extremely kind and professional! Thank you. We had main drain issues blockage. We called Greater Bay Plumbing and got service later that day. The plumber found the source and was able to quickly resolve the issue. While he was at our house he replaced a drain vent below my utility tub. The plumber was friendly and the costs were reasonable.
