Erik Hoffer	First off I feel this company is competent and did a few jobs for me to my total satisfaction which is why I reached out to them for this repair. On the third job, which was a stuffed up toilet, they came and got it to flush, but the clog came back the next day. I was having surgery and didn't call again for a few days. They failed to come the first day even though I had an appointment. On the second day they said they had a big job and couldn't make it to me even though they finished that job before 3pm. They said they called and I didn't answer, but I recalled them in 3 minutes time from their call and they didn't answer. On the third day, they called me and said they will not come because I hung up on them...which was untrue and a bit bazaar. I think they were just not interested in a doing simple job again, even though I paid for the initial repair. They did not stand behind their work, nor offer a refund nor actually ever come back to address it. That's odd for a local business.
