Nothing but good things to say about Titanz. The team in the office responded quickly to my request for scheduling and Trevor Scott was not only super professional during both the initial estimate and when we schedule the work but he was also thorough, kind, and willing to explain what was wrong as well as highlight for us some areas where we may need to watch. All without coming across as pushy, or salesy - rather just wanting to make sure we had all the information we needed. Will definitely be calling Titanz when we're ready for some additional remodel work. Will also definitely recommend them to anyone needing some work done - large or small.

Just amazing!!! From setting the appointment to following through with the service. The office staff made it very easy for my busy schedule to get an appointment quickly and on my terms. Trevor Scott was here when he said he would be and explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and how to protect it. Such a nice young man, so courteous, competent and completely willing to get the job done right!! I put TitanZ in my phone contacts. That's who I will call when I need a plumber.
