GREAT SERVICE!!! I highly recommend Matt for water heater repair and replacement. His appointments are on time, and he let's us know when to expect him prior to arriving at our home. Matt showed us the problem with our water heater and explained why the problem happened. Thank you Matt!

Matt was great! I had to reschedule three times and Matt was flexible and worked with me on the best date I would be available. I also shopped others to see how much they would install a pre-purchased water heater. I got quotes that were TRIPLE what Matt charged!! So, he saved me a ton of money. He was efficient and went to the local hardware store if something was missing for my install. Nice touch on the black "noodle" insulation to keep more of the heat in... I don't think others would have even done that. He also quotes over the phone as long as you can send pics of your current set up. This is huge since others force a visit just so they can upsell you on additional services. Matt and the Orlando Water Heater Guy Co. just do simply one thing and that's install water heaters. Any challenge Matt faced with my install was met with a solution --- from the condenser-drain to the expansion tank to the minimal space available... the job was.well done! So, thank you Matt and the OWHGC!
