Nick S. was great. Explained everything he needed to do, showed me what he did when he was finished. Very professional and courteous. Only Con I had was with the price..nothing to do with him or his quality work.. He was great !!!

They were great at first! Friendly and very great at communicating... but I feel wined and dined. I spent over 11,000 with them on a new 2,100 tankless water Heater, and 4,500 water softener. I would think that for that price, I would have had better care. Once the replum was done, they were gone. Leaving me to figure out how to set and run a water softener I have never seen before. I did run my electrical to the Heater and spent some time figuring it out. But the water softener doesn't even seem to be working. The salt is not dissolving or making the water not stink or taste funny. When they came to Repair the holes in the wall, they left everything covered in texture. I will have to scrub or replace all of my outlets. Very angry about this, as I don't have time for this. I would recommend going with another company! Put your 11,000 to someone who will take care of you all the way through the process. They also failed the first inspection due to poor paper work. I guess the thing that put me over the top, is they never check up on me once they got paid, to fix all the problems. They didn't even tarp the texture spraying which left me a lot of work and was so easily avoidable! Also they lazily install the water softener with the old pipe coming up out of the ground over to the new one. The pipes are not only ugly but will be a problem down the road, due to sundry plastic and something easily damaging this.
