I needed a loop put in so I could install a salt free water softener. I called a few places big name companies and they wouldn't even give me a quote, they just told me their hourly rate and what it typically costs. HBP came out within a week of calling to give me a quote after looking at the site and the total was well below the “quotes” from other companies. Scheduling was easy and they installed it quickly. For the price and responsiveness, I was happy with using them.

We had a good experience with the customer service and booking an appointment with Harvey Baker Plumbing. However, I am sad to report that I am not 100 pleased with the service performed. We called HBP to come out because we were not getting hot water in our master shower and also needed a bathroom faucet replaced. On their first visit, the plumber explained to us that we needed to replace a cartridge in the shower in order to get warm water. We ordered this part 90 and had them come back out to install it and install the bathroom faucet at the same time. During this second trip they installed the bathroom faucet and replaced the cartridge, but the temperature of the water did not go up. It remained lukewarm and the plumber wasn't sure why the problem still remained. Once he left, I adjusted the temperature on our hot water heater and the shower immediately became warm. I am upset I didn't try this sooner, but also disappointed they didn't recommend us checking the hot water heater first before ordering this unnecessary part. On top of my frustration about this, I saw that my sink also now has a crack in it after the faucet replacement. I understand these things can occur, but I would have appreciated the plumber pointing this out to me once he finished the job.

Company sent someone quickly. Read good reviews before I made the appt. Not overly impressed with the individual plumber. Seemed to like quick fixes... nothing too complicated.
