We are highly satisfied with Frank Gay Services and highly recommend their services. Aaron Storey, who repaired our shower, was punctual, very thorough in diagnosing the problem and offering several plans to see what suited us the best. Then he did an excellent repair, explaining throughout the day what was going on and left everything very clean. We loved dealing with Aaron Storey and Frank Gay Services and would certainly ask for him in the future. Very satisfied with the repair. Great job.

So, our shower on/off stopped working. Called and estimator I guess came out same day. Thought very cool. Got a quote of over 1900. Well, it needs fixing and he said had to remove alot of the tile and replace plumbing behind wall and then replace the wall and tiles. Oh well, it is what it is. Tech came out today and did the work. So, didn't have to touch the wall, replaced the valve through already existing hole. In and out in 90 minutes. Wife refused to pay the rest due, called manager, when he called back was very rude, threatened to go in and tear out all work done, really? great customer service. Finally got ahold of rude dudes superior , I guess. Modified bill, still way more than the job was worth. I have no problem paying what a job is worth, but over 1000 for an on/off handle and 90 minutes labor. Guess who wont be getting our future plumbing business.

Frank Gay Services have helped us in the past and once again we were very happy with the quality of work and high level of service. Aaron was awesome and took time to make sure we understood what he was doing with the plumbing and why. He paid close attention to detail and went above and beyond.
