I had my house re-piped and Premier couldn't have been more prompt, kind, and willing to assist. They had incredible communication and walked me through each item that was being replaced, as I am no expert. Mark and his team worked diligently to get the job done quickly and right. Even after a small mishap, the team came back quickly to correct it. They even went above and beyond what I expected. I couldn't recommend them higher. Great team-quick, responsive, and incredibly kind.

My kitchen sink got clogged over the weekend, and Premier promptly helped solve it "after hours". Kyle was outstanding; after unclogging the sink, he thoroughly tested it to ensure the problem was solved, explained what caused it and how he fixed it, and gave pointers for how to avoid/prevent it from happening again in the future. Thank you to Kyle and team for helping out on a Sunday Super Bowl Sunday!. Much appreciated.

Charles, Richard, and Mike did an amazing job fixing a slab leak in our bathroom on 11/16/2019. They were efficient and very knowledgeable. They were professional in their appearance as well as in their behavior while inside and outside of our home. They worked hard the entire time and kept me updated with information as it unfolded. When the leak was found they gave me the pipe and showed me the hole that was causing all of our issues. The price was fair and comparable to all of the plumbers in town, but the service was definitely superior! They cleaned up the work area and kept the disruption of our water to a bare minimum. These three gentleman definitely deserve a raise and KUDOS for a job well done. Ron was amazing at setting up our appointment and helping to diagnose the possible problem before these other gentleman came and we will definitely be using them for all of my future plumbing needs. I definitely consider these gentleman part of the family now!!!!
