Supposed to arrive on Monday. Did not show. Finally arrived after 5 pm on Tuesday. A simple job replace shower cartridges in 2 showers. Did not have proper parts and tools. Had to borrow mine. Then had to go to Home Depot for other parts. Did not come back for over an hour. Called and said his truck had broken down. Turns out he ran out of gas! Then, he had to go BACK to Home Depot for another part. By now it's close to 9 pm. He changes the cartridge on one shower. Then starts on the other now close to 10 pm. He can't do this one because he can't remove the set screw. Why? Because he doesn't have the right tools or parts. So he informs that he won't do the second shower. I check the first shower and find that he put the handle on upside down. Had to call him back from his truck to fix it before he left. I paid him for 1/2 the job. Best part? The shower he “fixed” is now leaking! Will be calling another plumber today to get the job done right. A total waste of money. A great example of “ you get what you pay for “.
