Completely unprofessional handling of my leak problem. After scheduling a plumber to come fix my wet bar area leak, I subsequently was informed that a prior that leak detection report would be required before they sent a plumber, and they no longer provide that service as they had in the past on two previous slab leaks. Their new leak detection company didn't have appointments until Tuesday following Super Bowl weekend, so our family camped out with no water. Tuesday morning, an hour before the scheduled detection service call I received a phone message that the leak detection service would charge a minimum of 2500. I couldn't believe it and called to confirm. Finding and repairing the previous slab leaks by Clark cost about 500 each time. Now I am starting over. An outrage, no stars.
