I saw a YouTube video of simply and thoroughly explaining an issue I was having in my home. Because I had more questions and they seemed to put into words what I was experiencing, as a first time home buyer, I felt it imperative I speak to an expert, or two. I called and though they were located in California and I'm exactly on the opposite side of American, the Twin Experts did not let their expertise stop there. I actually got to speak to one of the twins! AND they talked me through my issue and how to solve it. ON TOP OF THAT! They contacted a recommendation for me in my area that they could trust to get the job done and done right and done financially wise. They're great! Besides of how great California is anyway, now I really want to move there so they could be my actual in person home experts! They're so great. I'm jealous of the CA.

We have a Palm Desert vacation home that needed an updated shower. We wanted a built-in seat along with a sturdy grab bar. Dave initially came out & measured all the specs. He was very cordial and helpful - no sales pressure. His team coordinated on timing, as we were not always available. The installation went great - all done in one day, as promised. They came back for a second visit to install lighting, and that went great as well. My wife and I are both very happy. A real pleasure to work with Twin Home Experts. I would use them again for sure!

Love Twin Home Experts!! Their staff has been so helpful and always accessible. Mariana in specific always follows up with phone calls in case I have any questions! Estimates are always sent the day of or a day later and Mariana makes scheduling so simple and quick for me. We were able to get the job done quickly and easily. I can't recommend them enough!!
