Holy cow! Worst experience ever! I just called ahead of time to make sure a product was in stock. the person who answered the phone asked me what I was looking for so I told them...a sanding disc. He told me he was not familiar with the product. I asked him if there was someone who was familiar with the product that I could talk to. He told me no.I asked to speak to a supervisor that may have more knowledge of their product lines. He told me he was the supervisor. I then attempted to describe the product for him in hopes that he may become familiar with the product if I gave him a better description of exactly what I was looking for. He once again said he was not familiar with the product. If the supervisor of a hardware store is not familiar with a sanding disc, I can't imagine what "value" this store provides to it's customers. Back to the bigger big box stores...

Manager Neil was excellent in assisting with my plumbing needs for the correct parts and was friendly and made the trip their quick. True Value Plumbing is by far better the Home depot on the quantity and variety for plumbing supplies, you can get everything in one trip.

I absolutely love this place. Always helpful employees. Huge plumbing selection.
