They damaged my tree that I planted about 2 years ago and also damaged corner of house, not to mention they got stuck and messed up landscape. I called and emailed photos, the gal I spoke with promised someone would call back but no call back or apology or anything.

I called to get some help removing an old p-trap pipe from the wall. I had installed a new sink, had all new pipes to replace the old, but this final piece was stuck and I needed a professional to get it out. When the tech came out he told me I needed a whole new set of pipes and would go purchase them at home depot. He returned, removed the old pipe and installed the new piece. For this he charged nearly 300 for the hour of labor and new parts which he said were 50. Later I saw the same set listed for 20-30, and were exactly the same pieces that I already had purchased for the project which he ignored. I also requested that he adjust the sink handles, which were not tightened correctly and spun too wide. He listed this on my bill but if he touched them, I saw no difference from before he came. I called in to ask if my charge was typical and to ask that the tech return to fix the handles. I was told they would look into it and haven't heard back. As a single female homeowner I feel like I was taken advantage of and that they blew off my follow up phone call, I would not recommend their services.
