Wow... I can not express how happy I am to find this plumbing company. There was a leak in my downstairs bathroom that was coming from my upstairs bathtub. Called one of the larger plumbing companies in town to fix it. 1875 later, the leak was not fixed.. I called them back and the response I got on the phone was that I needed a new bathtub because it was defective. No way was I going to do that without a second opinion. Called Best A-1 Plumbing and they were able to get someone out to look at the tub that worked with my schedule. Turns out what needed to be replaced was the tub spout and the repair cost me 155, and the leak is fixed. I couldn't be happier. I had them quote me on a new water heater which they will be installing next week. I won't be using any other company for my plumbing needs.

We were very pleased with Plumber Johnny who came out today. He actually answered the phone and they were able to get to us same day within a couple hours. We were given a 3 hour window and we were notified when Johnny would arrive in about 30 minutes. There is a 49 serve charge, but it applies to any work you have done. We knew we'd have work done since there was a leak that we couldn't fix ourselves. Johnny identified the problem immediately and told us we'd have the same problem eventually with our other toilets due to the piping being the original builder bad products. We went ahead and got an estimate to change out all the toilets plumbing from the wall to the toilet and he had all the parts to get started right away. He was courteous and professional and even looked at something else to make sure we didn't have other plumbing troubles. He said we were good for now with that and didn't need fixing right now. We don't really know if we were charged a fair price as none of the other companies answered their phones or called back in a timely manner for our water leaking situation. It needed to be addressed immediately. Not next week. Thank you for the best service
