We're replacing some fixtures in a bathroom and we had some questions. We placed our order and items were shipped to us. Robert called us immediately when he found out there was a back order on 1 item. We were okay with that since installation is not scheduled till first weekend in August. Today we went in for a part we needed for another shower head we ordered online for another bathroom. A part we couldn't find at Home Depot, Robert and his associate was able to take the small part from the old shower head. Save us the cost of buying a new piece, but more importantly I think it's a piece that may be very hard to find. It's a double end female screw that connects to the flange. We installed out shower system in 2006, so the shower head lasted 13 years. We found a replacement elsewhere on Ebay since that particular shower head does is no longer produced by Kohler. Our next project is a water heater and definitely going back here again and would recommend this place to everyone. |
