Excellent response and customer service for a water heater

I had a great experience with Plumbing Concepts and highly recommend them! I called them in the late afternoon because I had a slab leak. Tommy Stewart was very helpful! He told me they fix slab leaks all the time and would send out a plumber the very next morning. The plumbers were very professional, clean, friendly and wore little booties. I was amazed when the first plumber, Pablo, found the cause of the leak in 15 minutes. I was afraid they were going to cut open the walls all over the house looking for the leak. And there was Pablo finding it on his very first try and in only 15 minutes. It was in a totally obscure spot inside the closet 6 inches up the wall in a corner. I have no idea how he was able to figure out where it was. It is still a mystery to me. Pablo was able to run a replacement line underneath my stairs without having to do any significant drywall cutting. He fixed the leak in 2 1/2 hours. They charged me less than half of what two other plumbing companies estimated. I highly recommend them! Tommy Stewart really cares about making the customer happy and really knows what he's talking about. And Pablo is an excellent plumber that can work magic! I couldn't be happier!
