We have a home warranty policy. TAS is the plumbing company that handles the home repairs for our warranty company. We made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. TAS was no call no show. I called them left messages no return call. When I let my home Warranty company know they said that TAS told them they showed up at my house and assessed the repairs. TAS lied! They never showed up! Sounds like insurance fraud to me! Don't trust them they lie!

Now I know why the 1 star!!! I'm pretty sure the 1 star was only because there's no negative or zero stars available as an option. Flat out terrible company to deal with. I only went with this company because my home warranty company designated this company to do the work. Like most other reviews were, this company does not return your calls nor follow up with the status of the work being performed. They were supposed to order the parts for the sink but it's going on 1 month and no answer. Tried calling and leaving messages but NO return calls. I'm left with a sink that has a leak and now I have to find and alternative way. There is a reason why companies like this have only 1 STAR for the reviews.
