I feel so disrespected. I'm not sure what you call Bryan but air technician shouldn't be it. He told me my air conditioner was fine. The company I called after him removed the entire top from my air conditioner. I'm going to upload a photo so you can see how badly I did NOT need a Starter kit. I needed a technician who understood air conditioners. I told Bryan that I've lived here a long time and I know what its like when it works good. He told me that nothing was wrong and this is the best I'll get from it at this age. It is 12 years old. My system is now clean by another company and it works good like it used to. Don't respond. This photo speaks for itself. You are the wrong company to deal with.

I was not there physically during the installation. My tenant who lives at the premise dealt with the installer, Patrick Tiner, for the entire installation process. Per my tenant, he was very professional, polite and very knowledgeable in the field. He kept the premise very clean during the installation process. Since I was located remotely in another state, he was very nice to send me photos of before and after pictures of the HVAC system. Overall, I am very pleased with Rainforest Plumbing and Air. I would use them again in the future. I have attached some of the picture Patrick took and sent to me.
