When I travel for work this is the company I use for my own house and for my people when I can't be there. A plus customer service. All of my customers have good comments about them. Never have they tried to steal my clients...A++++

I am a tenant renting a property. There was a miscommunication in scheduling with JB plumbing and I was charged an 85 fee when it was not really my fault. Long story short, it wasn't really their fault either simply a miscommunication. I called JB Plumbing without high hopes of getting things resolved because now days businesses don't listen and they are stubborn when it comes to money. I was calling more to get my frustrations out of me. I am a patient person but I was going to blow up at someone...whomever was on the other end of the phone. I verbally disputed calmly and the lovely woman on the other end of the phone was not only decent she was delightful. She understood why I was frustrated and decided to reimburse the owner of our property so we were not charged the extra fee. She gave me hope that there are still decent people in the world! I love this company!
