Pat and Tom Miller	Similar experience as other people. Have been a commercial customer of Cox for years, prior to the current owner. Needed some gas line work done and had an appointment for Jeff to come out and check out the work. Was told he would need to stop at the end of the day, between 4:30 and 5:30. At 4:45 I called and asked if he was still coming. Their answering service said they would relay the message. No call/no show. Called the next morning and got an apology with no explanation. Was told that Jeff would call me. No call and we have gone on to use a different plumbing company for future needs.
