BPP installed a bigger hot water heater for us and added a mixing valve to our emergency shower we work in a chemistry lab. They were also nice enough to come back to help make adjustments so we could ensure we had the right temperature. Recently, they were also able to provide some good information as to flow rates for the same shower. Always very professional and gives honest opinions of the situations we've worked with them on!

Multiple leaks with significant damage resulting from work done on a new home built less than 5 years ago. Never their issue, problem always points to the materials from the manufacturer that they selected. Lesson learned is to seek higher quality workmanship and a company that will stand by their customers, particularly when things go bad.

Had this company come in a few years back. Just noticed NOW, said to say, that instead of installing proper shut off valves for my sink and toilet, the plumber installed caps on them.He was having a problem with water seepage when he removed the old toilet valve. The very old main shut off valve did not close properly need to get it replace nowSo instead of pointing that out that a temporary fix was needed. And that he would need to come back and have the main water line shut off. Then install them to code. He just CAPPED all three valves and walked away!! Did not offer to replace main shut off valve.at that time either. Would have meant more work but also more money for the company.
