Josh Lott	Contacted this company in regards to an estimate to replace a leaking, outside water spigot. First let me start by saying the technician was professional in conduct. However, the tech arrived and provided no estimate and was unable to give me a guesstimate. The leak warranted the work, so we proceeded with repair. The tech had no parts on his truck to make the repair, even though the problem was discussed prior to the day of service. Had to pay the 75 an hour rate for the tech to drive around town and collect parts. Bought a spigot that was too long, so rigged it by splitting an untreated board and screwing it to my block foundation. Charged 2.5 hours to replace a spigot less then a foot long. Grand total 300. My suggestion would be shop all your plumbing options before considering this contractor.
