Very poor service!The service man over tightened my filter housing and/or didn't lubricate the seal. When I tried to change the filter, the housing wouldn't budge! I called the store and talked to the owner and the service man. They wouldn't admit their mistake and actually wanted to charge me to come and fix the problem that they created! I will not use them again!!! Update : After I made another call to the owner, she sent the serviceman out to loosen the housing. It took 2 men to get it loose at no charge. I appreciate that..but did it have to be so stressful..ugh
