Paul Smith	Worse than 1 Star! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They lie about the cost then cheat you. Here's the ugly detail. I had this guy co-owner mind you give me a quote unfortunately not in writing to inspect my work have it cleared for the city 200. So I did the work, he came by and looked at it 10 minutes, went to the city and pulled a permit. everything was fine until he sent me a bill for 500!!! he said it took him 2.5 hours to drive 7 miles to city hall and another 1.5 hours for the work THAT I DID!. I told him that was dishonest. He said he had to charge someone for his time. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! They are liars and cheats.
