Budget was professional and on time. Nicco was very nice and professional. He clearly explained the problem and fixed the leaking kitchen sink pipes. Thank you and I would recommend this company.

This company was referred to me through my home warranty company. They have came out a total of 3 times to fix my water heater. This first time, they stated one piece needed to be replaced. The piece was ordered, and replaced. Once they replaced the piece, the tech came into the house stating, "Oh, I thought it was this piece that needed replaced, but we now need to replace another piece and it's going to take AT LEAST 3-5 business days. I expressed my frustration, as this was the same tech who told me that it was only the one piece that needed replaced. We then ordered the second piece. They came out the next day after the piece arrived and replaced it. I was then told my gas was not working and to contact my gas company they stated the gas was why the water heater wasn't working. The gas tech came out and accessed the situation, and stated it was INDEED a plumbing issue and one of the pieces they replaced wasn't functioning properly. I then called Budget back, explaining the entire situation. Their response to me was, "This is a ventilation issue. We don't do ventilation so you need to call you home warranty company and have them send out another person". I explained the situation again, and asked Kathy if she would send out a tech to assess the water heater, since it was confirmed it is a plumbing issue. Kathy REFUSED to send out a tech. I have called Budget MULTIPLE times, and she now refuses to answer my calls, and even when I send a text to the number she REFUSES to call me back!!!! I have called my home warranty company and requested another company. I am currently in the process of having another plumbing company come out to attempt to fix all of the damage caused by Budget Plumbing. MIND YOU, my water heater stopped working on July 2nd. It is now AUGUST 6th and I still have NO HOT WATER!!! I have three children, ages 8, 5 and 1. We have not been able to shower in our own house FOR OVER A MONTH!!! This entire company is A JOKE!!
