I was very impressed with cardinal, the communication is amazing. My tech Jessie Kidd was a professional to the likes I have never seen. Not only did he fix my main problem, but he checked my entire plumbing system. He also translate plumbing terms so we could understand . We were floored by his attitude from the moment he walked in he presented a vibe that he's here to help. He even cared about this issue more then my own wife, if someone comes in your house and is worried about a problem more then we were. It shows he cares, by the end we felt so comfortable we invited him to stay for dinner. We have never felt so safe, and trusting with any service. He also did not put down any competitor, which showed his character. We talked about Jesse after he left with our family literally talked about him for the next hour. Please ask for Jessie you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Jessie, especially how you treated our children, wife, myself, and my know it all brother. 6 review cardinal has it figured out!!!!

Brian showed up promptly at the beginning of the schedule appointment and was very courteous throughout the whole process. He asked questions about the water leak issue I was seeing and provided options for how to approach the fix, which was great. We went with the option that made the most sense for me, and there was pressure to go for a different option, etc. The work was done promptly and professionally, and we did a walkthrough at the end to close everything out. Would recommend Brian and Cardinal to anyone in the area for plumbing services.

Daniel was efficient and took time to explain our issues. He didn't try to push to sell other things too hard which I appreciate. He did the work in a timely manner and the price seemed fair. We will use Cardinal in the future.
