Call/request for service answered promptly. Service was scheduled timely. Tech arrived well within the designated service window. Tech was polite, professional, and most importantly: skilled. Tech cleaned up after the job to a more than satisfactory degree. Although the job took longer than I anticipated, he worked hard and smart the entire time he was here. The install was a difficult one, in an old home, and a number of challenges had to be tackled. The Tech was able to do this--and left me feeling confident in his work. Pricing/estimate was a bit high, at first, but again, given the amount of time he needed to spend and did in fact spend, I feel that my end price was more than commensurate with the work performed in this particular case.

We are very pleased with the work Brent and Jacob did installing ceiling fans, drop down lights and recessed lighting in our kitchen. They also installed a whole home surge protector. Very professional crew. Everything is perfectly centered, level, and they were careful to clean up when finishing.

I highly recommend Michael & Sons for their responsiveness, professionalism and quality service. I had 4 smoke detectors replaced with new smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. The Tech, Greg, was thorough and answered all my questions I had a lot. He explained everything to me and ensured I understood the work and options.
