Water Heater replacement. I had a water heater go out last week. I called around for quotes. I got 5. Home Depot was one of them. In the Memphis area, Best Care is the installer for Home Depot. I submitted my request online around 11 AM on a Thurs. Around 1 PM I got a telephone call from the Best Care Dispatcher Lexie. She scheduled a site estimate for the very same day 3PM - 5PM. The estimator Jay arrived precisely at 3 PM. He actually had to wait on me as I was running a few minutes late. He surveyed the site, filled out the forms and provided me a quote within 30 minutes and that included me chatting him up a little. I had a couple of quotes left to get so I did not make a decision until the next day. Late in the afternoon of the next day I called Lexie back to accept the Best Care quote and schedule the work. She scheduled me an appointment for Monday afternoon. It is important to note that I wasn't in a huge hurry as I have two water heaters and the other one was still working. She still scheduled me with her first available appointment. I firmly believe that, had I only had a single water heater, she would have figured out how to get the new one installed over the weekend. I didn't ask but I think if I'd really needed hot water she would have figured out how to get it done. We agree on the schedule and I paid with a credit card over the phone. Monday arrives and the install crew led by Stuart call me and arrive just after 1 PM. Stuart conducts a site survey and then briefs me on the particulars of the installation including time, supplies, work involved and all pertinent information. He managed expectations well. They took great care to use drop cloths on the floors and the stairs. It took them about 2.5 hours from arrival to departure. They cleaned everything and ensured all was back to it's original condition and place before they left. It was overall a very good experience. From start to finish it was an incredibly smooth and easy process. I'm sure I'll call Best Care the next time I need home maintenance or new equipment installation. Thanks much!

Scheduled a service call through my home warranty company. The plumber, John, who was sent out completely dismissed my concerns and the reason for the service call. He was in my home less than 10 minutes but told me my faucets don't leak. I'm sitting here as I type this listening to it drip. He tightened one screw on a faucet and left. Faucets still leak and I'm out 125.00 for nothing. Best Care quoted over 300 for a trim kit I can buy at Home Depot for less than 50.00. Complete disregard to customer concerns.
