They were able to fix the problem the same day with professional and quality service. Even better, their prices were very reasonable compared to a quote I had received from a "bigger name" company. We are very satisfied with the quality of work, the prompt response, and the professional service. I would recommend their service to anyone!

Marks was a life saver! Had water leaking from tub area into basement, they came quickly and identified the problem just as quickly! The prices were reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to everyone. After having been ripped off by trusting the “professionals” I was quite refreshed to deal with a family business who wants to get the job done and not steal your money and do less!!

Bad experience. They came to repair 3 year old hot water tank. Told me the part would be covered by warranty. They charged me 200 for part and said they would mail my rebate.They only sent me check for 114. I also had to have them come back same day as repair because my basement smelled of a gas leak. They repaired the improper installation of part. Good thing I had to go in basement to do wash after they left otherwise my house could have burned up
