Wanted to take a minute to write a review for Roy's. Feb 21 we called as we didn't feel like our boiler was producing enough heat. We know that it was really cold, but we had a big boiler. Called around noon to see if we could have someone check it out. Long story short, Jeff and Manny showed up around 2PM and were very pleasant - they were quick to troubleshoot our problem as well as thorough. The were quick to identify that we had a carbon monoxide LEAK which was pretty bad. They tagged our boiler as dangerous and scheduled an install for Monday the 17th We have a great wood burning stove too. The team that came for the install were awesome! Kept everything clean and were very timely, they made sure to inform us of what they installed and how it works. Their install was better than our last boiler install! Highly recommend their service if you ever need work done!

Bravo Roy's!! My furnace was having issues and they came quickly to the rescue! We had the pleasure of working w/ technician, Jeff who arrived right on time, was very knowledgeable, honest, polite, and left the feeling that I've known him way longer than the hour that he was actually here! Furnace is running great ever since! Was expecting to pay 300+ from prior experiences w/ other home repair related matters, was shocked to see the low price that was actually charged! Even signed up for the membership as well, highly recommend Roy's!!! Thanks you!!
