Linda Detz | Rich Wilson did a great job explaining issues with my sewer line. He used the camera to visualize the roots in my sewer system and explain any defects to me. He then explained the different options available to me . I was given three options to think about in order to keep my sewer line flowing without roots. I was not pressured by him for a sale but he did ask me to think about what was presented. I understood everything he explained. He was courteous and professional. I am thinking about these options that were presented. He also said there were Financial options available to me if I needed. I did tell him that I would have to think about my budget and would have to get back with him when my budget allows such a major repair. I also appreciated the free inspection of my sewer line. I like very much the video of Rich Wilson that was sent to me before Rich showed up at the house. I thought this video was a great idea because I feel like I know this person even before he walks in the door! |
junedh H | Professor Steve did an excellent job repairing the two toilets, although the one only needed a red seal and a replacement fill valve. It is still rather loud but working just fine. The other one required internal "organs" , a new supply valve, and an in-coming valve. That one now has a perfect handle on any situation. The cost was higher than I expected, but he was here for FOUR hours, and as other customers noted, he did a thorough review of most sinks, suggesting upgrades: PVC pipes, future water tank with an extension, water softener, protection plan, etc. He was very thorough and answered all of my many questions and concerns. Who does that these days? Great! I would not hesitate to recommend him and your company to others and will be using your services again, probably sooner than later. My only suggestion is to maybe do the required repair for an anxious customer and then schedule an examination of the rest of the home and potential expenses on a separate visit. I had my head in that toilet tank for 3 weeks, trying to repair it, and was rather stressed out by the time Dr. Steve produced the royal flush! Thank you! |
Melanie Trinh | I contacted Service Professor to get an estimate on electrical repairs, following a home inspection of a house I was in the process of purchasing. It was a time sensitive process, so I was glad to be able to quickly coordinate another inspection between an electrician, the sellers, and my realtor. We worked with Tim M. who called me after his inspection with a quick about 10min summary of what he found and his suggestions for repairs. Tim did a great job of explaining his recommendations and answering my questions. Within the hour of the call, I received an e-mail with his detailed summary of findings, along with an estimate of the recommended repairs. Very clear and prompt inspection for 59, would highly recommend for anyone in a similar situation! |
