Went to purchase a shed. Things were acceptable until after I paid for it. I was told to pull my truck around and they would load it. 15 minutes later and no shed. Made inquiries and received several excuses ending with they had to use the forklift so it was taking longer. Finally saw shed coming down the isle so told woman at counter it was here and went back to my truck. 5 minutes later still no shed. Asked for manager. Got Mike. Asked the shed be loaded and asked for some goodwill. Mike apparently doesn't know what goodwill is. He loaded the shed and left the truck gate open. Had to explain to him why it needed to be closed to keep the shed from sliding out while driving. Received attitude and no goodwill. If you require customer service stay away from this location. Staff is limited in their ability and Mike is completely unskilled as a manager. I was willing to pass on the goodwill because unless they were going to give me cash off the shed I just purchased it would never get used because I never intende to patronize this location again!

This location very helpful, young man asked me if I needed some help. I asked him for the automotive stop was and he brought me to the aisle. It's Christmas time so there are lots of sales. I found a package of impact sockets that I was not aware was located at the store. I was price comparing to Lowe's and Harbor Freight. I ended up buying a product at this Home Depot location.

A huge thank you to the manager at this Home Depot. The day before we were having a huge birthday party we ordered two new gas grills and tables and chairs. The manager made sure that my grills were assembled quickly and ready for pick up. Thank you so much for your fantastic customer service.
